Test product

• We need 1 to 3 days to prepare your package.
• If the product has quality problems, we will replace it by getting a new item from our warehouse.
• Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking email.
• The package will be delivered within 7 to 12 working days.
• Please protect your shoebox by placing it in an outer protective box.
• If your package is seized or lost by the customs, we will resend it without additional charges.
• Customs duties do not apply to most countries, except for Switzerland, Japan and South Korea.

We accept exchanges or refunds as long as the product does not affect secondary sales. You can also request a refund before delivery.
