Return/Refund Conditions

I. Conditions

  1. Time Limit for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of item receipt.
  2. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unopened state or good condition with all original packaging intact. Items opened, damaged, or modified in any manner will not be accepted for return.
  3. Prior Consultation Requirement: No returns will be accepted if the items are sent back directly without prior consultation with our customer service team.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  5. After-Sales Warranty Period: The after-sales warranty period commences from the date of package receipt (as per the logistics information) and lasts for 30 days.
    • If quality issues such as breakage or incompleteness are detected within the after-sales warranty period, customers are required to contact us immediately and provide clear photographs of the defective item. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement.
    • During the after-sales warranty period, if quality issues are detected, customers should refrain from discarding the product and its packaging until the problem is resolved.
    • For orders consisting of multiple products, since items may be dispatched from different warehouses, customers may receive separate packages. In the case where the quantity of products in a received package is incorrect, there is no need for concern, as the remaining packages will arrive subsequently.
  6. Refund Method and Deduction: The refund will be issued using the original payment method, with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the item price. After the refund is processed, it will be received within 1 to 5 days, depending on the payment method used.

Notes:

  1. Customers are advised to inspect items for damage before opening them.
  2. Each order is entitled to only one after-sales service opportunity.
  3. If the product is in good condition but does not meet the customer’s expectations, replacement, return, or refund will not be provided.

II. Process

  1. Initial Contact: First, send an email to our customer service. In the email, clearly state the order details, including your name, order number, and the reason for the return. We will respond promptly and provide you with the return address. Do not return the product to the address indicated on the package, as we will not be able to receive it at that location.
  2. Packaging the Item: Place the item back in its original packaging. Returns are only acceptable when the packaging is in good condition and the product is unopened, ensuring that the item is in a resalable state.
  3. Shipping the Return: Drop off the package with your chosen carrier. After sending the package back, please provide the tracking number and the website for tracking the logistics information. Returns can be made through any carrier, but the return process must be completed within 30 working days.
  4. Receipt and Processing: Once we receive your return package, we will inspect its condition upon receipt. If the package meets the return conditions, we will process the refund to your account accordingly.
